The M100DS Optical Power Meter is an inexpensive, high quality fiber optic power meter offering a complete solutions for the testing, storage and reporting of fiber cable attenuation measurements. Standard features include a 4 digit, .01dB resolution display readout, Store Reference feature with unique references for each wavelength, non-volatile storage of reference values and setup conditions, data storage of 255 measurements for each wavelength, which can be downloaded to a PC for data archiving and reporting, extended battery life, low battery detection, Auto shutoff / power save mode, temperature compensated circuitry, 70dB of measurement range, .25 dB accuracy, 3 factory calibrated wavelengths, a versatile universal 2.5mm detector port that's compatible with FC, ST, SC, DIN, and E2000 connectors (also available with threaded interface and FC adapter cap), and a rugged carry case. Other features include, User Definable and calibrated wavelength position, and the ability to sample real-time readings via the upload data port. The M100DS comes complete with PC Download cable, PC download software, and Excel datasheet form templates. With its extended feature set, the M100DS fiber optic power meter is applicable in all of the traditional data and telecommunication testing applications, or as a laboratory bench-top tool for the testing of patchcord and other passive and active optical components and networks.
